I don't mean to drag this thread on as it seems we've been discussing it
for a year now, but in listening to some of the players exiting NU, one has
to think that a 10-3 team with a new staff may have kept a few more
assistants to ensure/aid in "buying in" to the new system.

Solich on the other hand is headed into a team with a losing situation and
getting buy in may not be as big an issue.

One has to remember these are still kids and after NU had a successful
season they maybe needed more help understanding and coping with the
change.  Ohio U players on the other hand probably will embrace change just
to get out of the hole they are in and so new coaches and ideals will be
seen in a positive light.  My $0.02.
