     I already addressed the "totality" thing in another post.  And, I 
don't have the time or energy to address the 10-3 thing.  That has been 
done before.

      My argument never was whether or not he could have done better had he 
retained some or all of Solich's staff.  We can talk "what if" all we 
want.  When a coach is hired one has to be ready that he is largely going 
to bring his people in and many times at the expense of the old 
assistants.  I have never said what Callahan did was right or wrong.  I am 
merely saying we shouldn't be shocked or up in arms about it.
