I remember when Danny Nee was hired and he made the rounds of all the
civic clubs talking about how he was going to show the Big 8 how some
real basketball was played.  After a 7-7 conference record he was a bit
more restrained on the speaking circuit the following fall.  

However, Nee's first team was 21-12 with a fairly good run in the NIT,
BC's first team was, well, we all know what it was.
