[Husker] OWH: Callahan "caught by surprise"

In a rather long feature in today's paper, marking the
1 year mark on the Callahan era, Elizabeth Merrill
interviews many friends of Bill Callahan about his
first year in Lincoln.  The common theme is that
Callahan seems to have been overwhelmed with the job
in year 1, but seems to be working through the issues.
