      And how you feel is irrelevant as well.  Do you have any concept at 
all what coaches have done over the years?  It is not just my opinion and 
how much I say it.  It is what they have done.  If you want to ignore that 
then so be it.  It is not how I feel.  It what coaches in the NFL, MLB, 
NBA, and NCAA have done.  I'm sorry if you are blind to it.

      Except you evidently have no concept because you post the same things 
as well.  Maybe how the coaching staff has done is relevant to you.  But, 
it is not relevant to a new coach coming in from the outside.  Now who is 
hiring the coaches, you or the Head Coach?  No Head Coach I have ever seen 
has hired his staff with relevance to the staff intact in totality.  Name 
one if you can.  Not just an assistant coach here and there.  Name one 
coach in any sport hired from the outside that kept all the former 
assistants in place.  And we are not just talking NU here.  We are talking 
all of the sports world and I doubt if you can.
