     I don't know if we can stand one more post on the hiring of assistants 
or not but here goes.  While it is true Ohio University didn't have the 
record Nebraska had so maybe to some it makes more sense in Solich's case 
than Callahan's to clean house.  I'll give you that .  But, the bottom line 
is Solich still isn't going out there interviewing and seeking out the best 
possible people for the different positions.  He is doing the same thing 
Callahan did and they all do.  He is hiring people he knows and people he 
formerly had on his staff.  I really don't expect Solich or any other coach 
to do it any differently.
