      I concur 100%.  It also makes perfect sense Callahan would bring in 
his own staff as well.  I wasn't trying to say Frank is doing anything 
wrong.  My point was only that when a new Head Coach comes in a new staff 
is usually ushered in as well.  Frank is doing the same thing.
