      I guess I will be repetitive again.  Because rarely does a team go 
9-3 or 10-3 and the Head Coach is fired it is really a virtual moot 
point.  Still with that said it is pretty much irrelevant to a coach 
assembling his/her new staff what the previous season's record was with the 
old staff.  It generally doesn't come into their thought process.  I know 
if I was a new Head Coach I would feel it would be very awkward to work 
with a staff that was there the year before under a different Head Coach.


      Just a suggestion.  If you feel repetitive posts are not the thing 
come up with something new, exciting, and rejuvenating so people on the 
list can bounce it around.  Most people, including myself, I believe would 
look forward to it.
