[Husker] Another Husker leaving and speaking negatively

So does this mean that the University of Nebraska has a placement service
whose sole duty is to find and provide educational opportunities for those
students who are unhappy with their experience in the system? Or to narrow
it down, does the University place discontented Regent's Scholarship
students who do not feel they are getting the education they desire and wish
to transfer? I really don't know, but I would think not.

Frankly I am not sure that anything uncivilized has happened in any of these
instances.
