[Husker] David Horne dismissed

It doesn't appear that David is a bad person but rather a person who at 
this point in his life lacks the drive and maturity when confronted with 
certain life options. Hopefully, this will be the jolt that gets him 
moving in the right direction. He is ever so precariously leaning down 
the wrong road. Let's hope he pulls himself back and head in the right 
direction.
