Let me remind people that in a discussion list it is not only common
but EXPECTED that people will have opinions different than your own.

That doesn't mean either side is right.

I see a growing amount of disrespect for other posters.

I will put ANYONE who does not respect the rights of other posters to 
have differing opinions or is not willing to be civil to others into 
moderated mode, and I generally release posts from moderated mode only 
once a day and then only if I feel the posts are acceptablly on-topic
and civil.
