     You may be right.  I am not in the coaches offices, the practice 
field, the locker room, or any of that so to say for sure I can't.  But, 
just from a fan's point of view, to take a new coach in his first year 
ushering in a totally new system with players that weren't recruited for 
that system or by him or his staff much of this, IMHO, is normal 
attrition.  Now if we are seeing the same record with players leaving 
disgruntled at the same rate 3-4 years from now then I would agree there 
is a larger problem.
