[Husker] "Academics show dents"

The NCAA announced Academic Progress Ratings today for
all schools, and the Huskers fared a little worse than
I would have expected.

Football (929) was barely above the division 1
football average of 923.  Volleyball received a
perfect 1000 score.

The plan is to penalize scholarships for schools who
do not meet the prescribed rating of 925.
