I want to say that Osborne did have a policy for Steroids.  I had a roomate 
at NU that tested positive and was suspended.  His parents were contacted 
and he stopped using.  He told me that it was the biggest slap to reality 
that he ever had, having to face TO and explain to him why he was ruining 
his life with Steroids.

The guy was just trying to be a part of the great Cornhusker team, and never 
stood a chance to play on a regular basis.  He felt that it was the only 
way, but after his talk with TO and his parents, he realized that even as a 
tackling dummy on the practice squad, he was important to the team.

Just my two cents on the subject.
