I don't know about ball in the court. While he was coaching at NU TO ran a great program. I have nothing but respect for TO. But TO is a human being with faults and failures like any other human being. Even though I respect TO I am not going to make him something super human either. What actions I was talking about were things he allegedly chose not to do rather than those he did. I believe there are things in TO's life as a coach that were more important than winning. But, I would think he also knows he didn't get to be put on the pedestal he is today because he is a good man. If by TO saying, "no one tested positive for steroids after the first two years" means no one was on steroids then something doesn't jive. Either TO looked the other way, or was very naive, or my friend who played for the Huskers lied to me. I am not saying it isn't possible but I can't see what it would gain him to lie to me. We know each other pretty well. The obvious gain for TO would be to win games.
