   I agree.  It does indeed make a difference in who you test and when the tests are given.  As I said, TO didn't say he had no knowledge of anyone using steroids.  He just said no one tested positive.  Its two different things.

     This is only a guess but I would guess that percentage wise it would be more rampant in the NFL than in MLB.  The big reason MLB is taking the hit is because of it's previous lack of testing and the records which are being assaulted.
