     Andy Birkel called Bill Callahan unprofessional.  What a 20 year old would know about professionalism I am not sure.  However, it appears Birkel is the one that is is unprofessional after getting in trouble.  Maybe Callahan had his reasons for treating Birkel the way he did assuming Birkel was anywhere close to accurate.
