I attended a training seminar last night which included a video of a speaker which was made in the mid-1990's.  The speaker was a former high school football coach who used several football related analogies to make various points.  One of his comments was "if you are at Florida, you expect to pass the ball all the time.  If you are at Nebraska, you expect to run the ball all day long and wear down your opponents with your strength up front.  If a team like Colorado happens to beat Nebraska badly one year after losing several years in a row, you won't see Nebraska panic and suddenly switch to a drop back passing attack the next day, they'll keep on playing to their strength."  Well, it wasn't the next day, it took a couple of years.  People around me were wondering why I was about to fall off my chair laughing.....obviously I'm too deep in SEC country for anyone but me to see the humor.
