[Husker] Copyright Violations (This is a rant, Sorry)

Good Afternoon All:

This issue has arisen before on this list and Mike has commented and warned people about Copyright violations.  

Last night I posted information to this list regarding John Fricke being hired by KLZ in Denver as their afternoon drive sports talker (John is a big NU fan). 

Anyway as I was skimming through the "Huskerpedia" site this afternoon lo and behold the message I posted last night to this list was posted verbatim to their message board at 10:23 PM (2/9) by someone with a screen name of "Skers1". I do not know who this person is but my guess is they must subscribe to this list or read a digest or newsgroup version of this service. 

I've said this before regarding material that I post to this list and this will be the final time I say it. Any material posted to this list by myself (or anyone for that matter) is copyrighted and lifting that material is illegal.

I am not an attorney nor will I hire one to go after this person but I will stop posting information here if this does not stop. The information I post here is for the exclusive benefit of the members of this list and it is not to be cross posted to other message boards. At least the purported author on "Huskerpedia" could have rewritten the information rather than "lift" my entire post.
