[Husker] Iowa State 65, Nebraska 60

It was a critical loss for the Huskers. I too did not understand why
NU fouled when trailing by 3. I believe that NU is a much better
basketball team to watch than were Nee's Huskers --- better effort,
better team play, etc. --- but they seem to not be able to get over
the hump in important games. It is still possible that NU could get
to 8-8, but after last night that seems unlikely. At some point, NU
needs to be able to finish with a winning record in the conference to
validate the steady improvements that I believe Collier has made. I
think even a patient attitude would be at most two more seasons after
this one for Collier to have a team with a winning conference record
or look at making a change in the coaching staff.
