Schuler has been treated by the Mayo Clinic with a new
technique which clears up the blood clot without
causing any further damage to the veins.  The doctors
at the Mayo Clinic say he's cleared.

As for Pelini, my understanding is that Nebraska has
to pay Pelini his full contract whether he coaches for
the Huskers or not.  Whether or not Nebraska already
made a lump-sum payout or if Pelini is still receiving
regular checks, I don't know.  It's probably just a
detail.
