One thing that caught my eye (OK, ear) at Callahan's recruiting press 
conference was that he said one of the reasons he recruited so many 
JUCO's was to balance out the classes, so that we wouldn't have every 
starter graduate at the same time in four years. I haven't looked at the 
depth chart or scholarships by class, but it sounds like we have fewer 
people in the three-years-to-graduate class, so Callahan thought it wise 
to fill up that class.
