I see you're a prescriptivist. Do you have a hard time accepting
other changes in usage? :)
Of course the "could care less" phrase isn't always a mistake--it
may be used ironically.
ObCornhuskers: I got to see the second half of the game today, it
was disappointing as others have noted. Thanks to the couple of
list members who provided nice game commentaries.
The announcers commented a couple of times that KU got NU out of
their rhythym, and the Cornhuskers were rushing their game. This
seemed like an acurate assessment from what I saw, but I haven't
seen them play enough to really know. What do those who have seen
the team play quite a bit think of this comment?
