'husker-bounces' is in the 'From ' header, the original author is shown
in the 'From: ' header.  (Note the colon in the latter.)

Whether Outlook is capable of discriminating between the two is a somewhat
different issue.  I have yet to find a Windows-based mail agent that I
think is worth using.
