[Husker] 2006 FB Schedule

The last rumors I had seen had Nicholls State (1-AA),
Troy, and possibly Wyoming as home games to fill out
the schedule.

The BCS also has had an impact on the trend towards
watering down schedules. A few years ago, the BCS had
a "strength of schedule" component, but when this
component hurt a contender, it was removed.

Nebraska is no better than any other major school in
limiting their preseason games. This season, Nebraska
rejected games with Iowa and Houston in favor of
scheduling 1-AA Maine as a home game.
