[Husker] Michigan fans (fwd)

I knew this for a fact also Mike since my dad knows Deante Grixby and
his godfather pretty well. It apparently was caused by the fact that the
NW players were initiating cheap shots in the tackle pile. Solich
actually saw one of the NW players do this to Deante and that's when he
called Newcome and Davidson over for the big trick play. Also, Deante
stated that the NW players were in every Husker players face whenever
they could before the game. Deante was actually trying to buy a shirt at
a store and had to ask the NW players to leave him alone. All he wanted
to do was buy a shirt. You can only kick the big dog so long before it
bites! Well the Huskers bit and bit hard!

Minnesota, Penn State, Illinois, and MSU). For my money, MSU has the
best fans, and Penn State the worst. I went the Alamo Bowl the first 2
times NU was in it (couldn't make it this year for some personal
reasons) and I found the Northwestern fans to be horrible. The ones I
ran into b/4 the game were cocky. After the game they did nothing but
complain. I guess they couldn't take their butt kicking like adults.

I would have hoped that Husker fans have developed a finer appreciation
for what it is like to have your butt kicked after the last few seasons.

Apparently not.

BTW, over a half dozen players and two (now former) coaches have
confirmed
that Nebraska DID intentionally run up the score in that Alamo Bowl
game,
with the full consent of the coaching staff, including Frank Solich.
