Would the Sun Belt Conference qualify as a minor conference?  :-)

I think the CBS crew doing the Sun Bowl had a valid point when they said
that the replay officials for the rest of the bowls are going to be
a bit quicker on the trigger.   

They better double-check their equipment, too.
