No. It's not. The NCAA should have done more to protect that Michigan punt
returner (Steve Breaston)! What if Breaston can't play in (and get paid by)
the NFL now? The NCAA exploited that kid, plain and simple!

Seriously, very good point -- I could make out Callahan saying "he caught
the ball" to the ref. I noticed that Shanle leveled Breaston (?) on the
very next punt, and all the flags stayed in the officials' pockets that
time. To me, that's a tacit admission of a bad call.
