[Husker] JUCO Committments

Only JUCO's who will be transferring for the spring semester have a signing
day today. That would include Victory Haines, Ashlee Palmer, and Rulon
Davis. Kenny Wilson and the other JUCO's don't sign until Feb with all the
HS players.
