I assume that the reserves stand for a team unity thing. I think that
Melissa Elmer and Dani Busboom stand when they rotate out as well.

The libero has to wear a different colored jersey so she is easy to
spot on the court. I don't understand the whole libero thing, but her
movements on the court aren't as limited as the other members of the
team. That's why she has to stand out on the court.

As for the uniforms, you got me.
