Have you noticed that since 2002, every time the Huskers win in Boulder, one of
the participating coaches gets fired?
Why is it that former NU and CU coaches who won national championships have no
influence over firing of these coaches?
Fiction:
In other news, former CU kicker Katie Hnida was quoted as saying that she'd like
to know more about the reasons that Barnett was canned, but that he was an
"awful coach."
Former CU chancellor Richard "Sometimes Y" Byyny has stated that CU was much
better this time around compared to their experience with Neuheisel, saying,
"What's $1.8 million? We're still apologizing to the pooch after Ricky left
town."
Barnett has released a prepared statement, saying that he's "going to take it
one game at a time and focus on the next opponent, and try to play solid
football." He added that he "is still insulted that the Huskers ran that
no-huddle. Why?! Why?!" And he pounded his fist on the podium.
