[Husker] 2006 Schedule Update

Good Afternoon All:

By way of the Troy University Athletic Director one slot on Nebraska's 2006 schedule has apparently been filled with Troy University, according their AD they will visit Lincoln on September 23rd to take on Nebraska. This will be the fourth meeting of the two teams with Nebraska wining the previous three meetings of the two schools and leading the series 3-0.

This leaves open dates on September 2nd and 9th. It is rumored that Nicholls State (from Louisiana) will fill the slot on September 9th coming to Lincoln for a first ever meeting of the two schools. This will leave only the September 2nd date to fill and rumor is a 2-1 deal may be in the works with Wyoming, there is however no concrete confirmation of this.
