[Husker] Husker Drop a Heartbreaker

Good Afternoon:

The men's basketball team dropped a one point, 73-72 heartbreaker to UAB today in Lincoln. UAB scored the game winning basket with 4 seconds remaining to escape from Lincoln with the win. NU is now 5-1 and will face South Dakota State on Thursday night in Lincoln before heading up I-80 next Sunday to take on Creighton. 

And speaking of Creighton a further medical examination will be done this week to determine if Nate Funk's shoulder injury will require surgery. If so, Funk will be out the remainder of the season.
