[Husker] USA Today editorial

 There is an editorial in today's USA Today about the latest edition of
the Phillips saga at:

The author is Joe Saraceno and at the end of his column he writes: "They
didn't pay Osborne to hold Phillips' hands. They paid him to win. And so
he did. With Phillips, Osborne finally conquered the big one - twice.
Eight years after his last game, the congressman still looks like a big
winner to many constituents. No contest.  And society still has Lawrence
Phillips on its hands."

I always felt the Phillips did not make that big of a contribution to
the 95 national championship.  

Even though I do not agree with what Saraceno has to say, I suggest that
Husker fans need to see what is being written in a national publication
about Tom Osborne.
