No, they're not even that good, they're not a 1-A school.  But they're
also something of a fill-in, though probably not as good as Middle
Tennessee State.

I would call Wake Forest a nobody school for the last 15 years or so,
they averaged 3.4 wins a year during the 1990's.

Are they in the same class as Notre Dame, Penn State (even in a bad
year/decade), Iowa, Arizona State or Washington?  I don't think so.

Who set up the USC contract, I seem to recall that one was in the works
for quite a while?

Other than USC, are there any 'name' schools on the horizon?
