Lawrence Phillips may finally have stepped over his final line.

He was arrested in Los Angeles today after running a stolen car into a 
crowd, injuring three teenagers.  Police were seeking him on two 
assault charges against his current girlfriend, and there was another 
outstanding felony warrant for him on an unrelated domestic violence 
incident.

This time he's likely to wind up in jail for a while.
