Given that the ticket office still has season tickets for sale, I have to
wonder whether this is the year that the last of NU's streaks - sold-out
games - finally ends.

Subject: [Husker] Lack of Interest, Season Tickets & Donations
I also haven't seen a ticket "wanted" or "for sale" request since June and
usually those start to increase as we get closer to the first game. Maybe
tickets are getting easy to buy. On this subject I was talking to someone
the other day who lamented the fact that they would like to have season
tickets. I told them to call the ticket office and donate $300 and then buy
some tickets. They looked at me with great surprise and said "you can do
that?" I told them yes you can call them and see what happens, they worst
they can say is sorry we don't have any. Well two days later this person
called me and said I can't believe they still have tickets! They called (the
ticket office) made a donation ($300) and were "rewarded" with a pair of
season tickets. This is just three weeks before the season starts so one
wonders if some of the interest could be fading?
