[Husker] First ncaa div 1 fb game? (fwd)

Ugh.  I knew that they were cutting back on the "preseason" classic
games -- but September 1st is still a long ways away.  I had hopes that
there might be a game this Saturday or Sunday.  I shall carry on.

It's not a dumb question at all, I was wondering the same thing earlier
today.  

According to the NCAA website, the first games are on Thursday, Sep 1st.
