[Husker] Wisconsin promotes young defensive coordinator to HC

I was surprised no one commented on this.  Some posted here that
such a promotion was not how things are done (wrt Pellini at NU).
Wisconsin's move looks like a good one to me, but any change in
the HC is a risky business and only time will tell.
