I have been predicting that move since the 12 game option first came into
play.  Money wins again!

Also not surprising, though when the 12 game rule first came out it was
touted as a way to increase the number of matchups between highly rated
teams.  It seems to be moving in the opposite direction, largely because
of the BCS, I suppose.

I assume that means that a 6-6 record is bowl eligible every year.
