[Husker] 12th game added

The NCAA has expanded football schedules to 12 games
in all seasons starting in 2006.  In addition, one
victory towards a I-AA opponent (such as Maine) can
count towards bowl eligibility each year.  Previously,
a I-AA victory only could be counted every other year.

So that means Nebraska now has 3 open dates in 2006
and 2 in 2007.  2006 only has a game at USC and in
2007, the Huskers host USC and go to Wake Forest. 
With 3 open dates, at least 1 I-AA opponent is almost
assured.  I don't think Nebraska wants to have 2
non-conference road games.
