I happen to agree with Bob on this point.  This list has often had posts that
were marginally (at best) related to current Husker football (or sports in 
general).  And yes I was a big offender as many of those posts did 
generate more comments and  I felt they were appropriate.  This list is
meant to be a discussion list, so something that is Husker related and 
generates discussion IHMO wa a good thing.  

Of course that does leave my NU wrestling team updates out as they never
generated any interest. :-(

However,  this is not a democracy,  it is a MikeNolanOcracy. He makes the
rules,  I have to abide by them.
