[Husker] Waiver Wire

My apologies if these have already hit the list...

Scouring the waiver wire a little bit tonight (please
no comments on my social life) and found these Husker
and related tidbits.

Ira Cooper signed as a free agent with the Minnesota
Vikings.

Carliyle Holliday, remember him the next big QB at
Nebraska? The now wide receiver out of Notre Dame
signed with the Arizona Cardinals.

And here is some news we would probably rather not
see: Major League Baseball suspended former Husker and
current Seattle Mariner Jamal Strong ten games for
violating the league's drug policy.

The current Husker nine are on ESPN against OU. I
would like to thank hockey for not playing this year,
and giving me the chance to see more college baseball.
