[personal] [Husker] 3 Huskers in 1st 40 draft picks!

The year before, Pelini and Cotton put in new systems and took a 7-7 team to
10-3. The players bought into those new systems. Is the problem perhaps
not the player buy-in but rather the salesmen/coaches or perhaps even the
new system.

Given next year's schedule, I could see the potential for a 10-1 regular
season. Given things currently in place, my over/under guess is 7.5-3.5.

And my constant reply to this point has always been why didn't the
coaches bench the 'seniors' who weren't buying into the system? I think
we all can agree that a less talented player playing as the coaches
would like is going to be better than a great player trying to do things
his own way. Until I can get a good answer for this question I will
continue to ask it whenever this point is brought up. In fact I add this
to the overall awful performance by the coaching staff last year (minus
Wagner who I thought did an incredible job with the O-line). Some of the
things they did made absolutely no sense.
