Yea, right.  This from someone who writes: "Is there any truth to the
rumor that the ovation Jammal Lord received prior to the game Saturday
was by Husker fans who were glad he was in Houston and not playing
quarterback for the Huskers?"  Yuk, yuk.  Nebraska may have many great
fans, but Husker Dan isn't one of them.  How does the song go?  "We all
stand together...."  What has Husker Dan ever given to NU football
that credits him to make Jamal Lord the butt of his jokes.  Lord has
shown more class and heart and Husker pride than a thousand jerks
like Husker Dan.  It seems as if every day, someone such as Husker Dan
makes me feel less proud to be a Husker.  Jamal Lord never made me feel
that way, but then my sense of self-worth isn't invested in the W-L
record of the football team.  I wish that people like him who think
"in the winning the glory" would become fans of some other team.
