[Husker] Dailey to leave Huskers

I must ask Neal what gives you the perspective that Dailey doesn't
belong in D1? Do you have years of coaching or playing experience to
back this up? Looking at your past comments and such I will have to
assume you were part of the 'get rid of Osborne' crowd before the
nineties since he probably didn't live up to your expectations as a D1
coach.
