[Husker] Dailey to transfer?

Did I miss something- when did people start referring to coach Callahan as
"Billy C"?

Did anyone call Tom Osborne "Tommy O" back in his second season?

According to NTV out of Kearney Coach Billy C has
stated that Joe Dailey will transfer. No metion as to
where and how soon. May be immediatly or this summer,
I dont know.
