      We may be talking symantics here but I don't think that is just the NFL way.  Most coaches I have seen or been associated with on any level get frustrated when they want to accomplish something and the player either can't or won't do it the coach's way.  Maybe it indeed wasn't Dailey's inability to run the WCO.  But something was present last year which caused Dailey not to improve.  Dailey was virtually the same QB all season with no evident improvement.
