[Husker] Texas has early start on 2006 recruiting

Texas has 17 committed (non-binding) recruits already, including the TX 
#1 rated player (a DE), the #1 DB, and the #1 RB.  UT only had 15 
scholly spots open last year, so they wanted to get a jump on this 
year's recruiting.  Last year they were held up on decisions by 
Perrilloux and Bennett--neither of whom chose UT--so it seems that Brown 
is maybe putting some pressure on top recruits this year: sign early, or 
we might not have a spot for you.

The drawback to this is that they may also not have spots to rising 
seniors who make big strides in this summer's camps and the upcoming 
season.  And these "locked-in" athletes may slide a bit.
