In this case, I believe TV did have something to do with the timing on the 
game.  Both schools agreed that an inning would not start after 4:30 p.m. to 
accommodate TX travel plans.  However, the game didn't start until 1:30 p.m. 
I suspect the start time was determined by ESPN so they could air their 
bowling show prior to the game.
